  • This group is for adults who have recently discovered they are autistic or are exploring the possibility. The group will provide a safe space for talking about how this discovery or questioning impacts our self-perception, including the concept of masking (and what it might mean to 'unmask'). We will also talk about how autism impacts the ways in which we might navigate the world and our relationships so that our lived experiences are more aligned with ourselves and our individual needs.

    Commitment: This group is ongoing and there is no week-to-week commitment; you must register ahead of time for each meeting to ensure space

  • This is a therapeutic support group for caregivers who are seeking support around raising neurodiverse children.

    The goal of this group is to provide specific support with frameworks and approaches to meet the unique and varying needs of our kids. It’s also a place to discuss self-care and get validation from other caregivers who simply “get it.”

    Last but not least, we also intend this group to be a place to share our celebrations, give attention to the very real strengths of our kids, and learn how to better support them in continuing to hone these gifts.
