Our Services

  • Assessment is a method of supporting people who want to understand their own lived experiences better. This involves a combination of standardized questionnaires, interviews, observation, and cognitive assessments.

The results of these assessments can provide valuable insights into your strengths, challenges, and unique neuropsychological profile, helping to inform personalized interventions, accommodations, and support strategies tailored to your specific needs.

Our approach to assessment is always affirming, and we aim to be as collaborative as possible.

  • A space just for you. We treat therapy as a collaborative process between you and your counselor aimed at addressing personal challenges, improving emotional well-being, and fostering personal growth.

We get to know you, your context, and your goals so that we can tailor our work to best meet your needs.

  • Relationship counseling is a specialized form of therapy designed to help those in various types of relationships resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their connection.

In relationship counseling, a trained therapist works with two or more people together to identify areas of tension, explore underlying issues, and develop strategies for healthier interactions. Through open dialogue and guided interventions, you can learn to understand each other better, rebuild trust, and cultivate a more fulfilling relationship.

At Diapason, our relationship counseling is specific to those who want to learn to navigate the complexities of differing neurotypes.

  • Caregiver counseling offers invaluable support and guidance to parents and other caregivers navigating the complexities of supporting neurodivergent children or other family members. Tailored to individual needs, caregiver counselors provide strategies, resources, and empathetic understanding to empower caregivers in fostering development, managing challenges, and nurturing a positive family dynamic.

  • Our groups offer a welcoming and inclusive community where neurodiverse individuals and/or their family members can connect, share experiences, access valuable resources and support, and experiment with what it means to belong.

These groups provide a safe space to express yourself authentically (and, perhaps, to explore what that means for you), receive validation, and find understanding among peers who share similar experiences.

  • Our informational meetings are for those who aren’t necessarily looking to commit to other services at this time but have questions they ‘d like to explore In a longer format. If you’re questioning if you may be neurodivergent but aren’t ready to begin assessment or therapy, this is a good place to start.

  • Diapason is always looking to attract professionals to our team that add to the services we already provide. In the meantime, if you’re looking for a service not listed above, contact us at info@diapason.us and we will do our best to provide quality referrals.
