What types of issues or challenges do you specialize in helping clients with?

I help clients first with their nervous system regulation. This means that if you are experiencing anxiety or depression with other symptoms, we start by finding enough excitement to fuel motivation and enough calmness to stay present. Then, we can move on to trauma history, interpersonal patterns, and future life goals. I specialize in working with highly sensitive people because I know what it’s like to be a sensitive soul in an overstimulating world and not feel like you have anyone who understands. My approach to therapy emphasizes the importance of learning to get in touch with your body and truly listen to your innermost desires and needs. Lastly, I encourage clients to practice creative expression to give their minds a break and let their lifeforce flow freely.
